Thanks for the great article on mindfulness. Many years ago it was recommended to me by a sleep psychologist as I was having sleep issues and I just couldn’t do it. I couldn’t lie still. About 5 years ago I went through a really stressful time with lockdowns and started using guided meditations to help me. It worked and I’ve now progressed to breath work and boy do they work. I find I fall asleep and even if I wake during the night I get back to sleep. I love clearing my mind of thoughts and focusing on my breath and being in the moment. Thanks for the great article.
