    Just reading your article made me sit back and relax for a change.

    It’s amazing how a 5 minute break can revitalise you.

    I’d love to start some meditations but not sure where to start.  Do you have any suggestions.

    I’ve been trying to say ‘no’ for some time but still feel guilty.  I feel as if I let people down.  I’m still trying to find ways to overcome this.  Any suggestions would be most welcome.
